Returns Policy

 

1. Our Guarantee

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Lloyd George Art. If for any reason you are not, you can return your artwork or print in accordance with this policy.

2. Your Right to Cancel

As a customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after you, or a third party you've specified, physically receive the artwork.

To cancel your order, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement. You can do this by emailing us at Lloyd@LloydGeorge.art.

To meet the cancellation deadline, simply send your cancellation request before the 14-day period has ended.

3. Refunds

If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments we've received from you, including the cost of standard delivery. We may, however, reduce your refund to reflect any loss in the value of the artwork if it was damaged by unnecessary handling on your part.

We will issue the refund without undue delay, and no later than:

  • 14 days after we receive the returned artwork.

  • (or, if earlier) 14 days after you provide proof that you have returned the artwork.

We'll use the same payment method you used for the original purchase unless we agree on a different method. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

4. How to Return Artwork

  • Step 1: Contact Us. Email us at Lloyd@LloydGeorge.art to let us know you want to return an item.

  • Step 2: Return the Artwork. You must send the artwork back to us at 44 Killeen School Road, Newry, United Kingdom, BT35 8RX, without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the artwork back before the 14-day period expires.

  • Step 3: Packaging. Please ensure the artwork is securely packaged, preferably in its original packaging. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it.

  • Step 4: Return Costs. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the artwork.

  • Step 5: Proof of Postage. We highly recommend that you obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for artwork lost in transit.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately at Lloyd@LloydGeorge.art with details of the issue and, if possible, photographic evidence. In this case, we will cover the cost of return postage.
